The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to provide data subjects with information compliant with data protection regulations regarding the data processing activities carried out by PTS Solution Hungary Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), and to enable them to exercise their legal rights.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.).

Data retention period: Until the withdrawal of consent, or if required for the enforcement of claims, up to 5 years (limitation period under the Civil Code). Otherwise, the data will be stored for 30 days following receipt of the message.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects may request information at any time in writing from the Data Controller regarding the processing of their personal data, request deletion or modification, or withdraw previously given consent via the provided contact details.

Right to information: Upon request, the Data Controller provides the data subject with the information specified in Articles 13–14 and Articles 15–22 and 34 of the GDPR in a concise and transparent form.

Right of access: The data subject may request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed and may access information regarding the data, purposes of processing, categories of data, recipients, storage duration, and related rights.

Right to rectification: The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate personal data.

Right to erasure: The Data Controller shall delete the personal data without undue delay, but no later than within 5 working days, if any of the conditions specified by GDPR apply.

Right to restriction of processing: The data subject may request the restriction of data processing in certain cases specified by GDPR.

Right to withdraw consent: The data subject may withdraw their consent at any time in writing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to data portability: The data subject may request that their data be transferred to another controller in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of electronically processed data.

If the data subject has complaints regarding data processing, they may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

In case of violation of rights, the data subject may take legal action against the Data Controller before a competent court.
