Project Description:
Within the framework of the project, a cloud-based software module providing AI- and big data-driven predictive analytics will be developed, which can be integrated into the systems of training and course provider companies. The goal of the solution is to support data-driven decision-making, enable more transparent operations, and improve capacity planning efficiency. The module, called DataSense, analyzes participant patterns, forecasts demand and registration activity, supports dynamic pricing, and provides a customizable KPI-based dashboard. The system is built on the integrated processing of macro and micro data, providing an accurate overview of market and operational performance. The development will be carried out in four phases: planning, development of the backend and analytics module, frontend and dashboard development, followed by testing and pilot implementation. The work will be performed jointly by in-house and external experts. Secure data management, GDPR compliance, and scalability are key priorities. The software will provide significant value to organizations that regularly organize training programs and aim to operate in a data-driven manner.
